Frank and Ann Mahler have been welcoming customers into their donut home for over 15 years. Originally from the east coast, Frank and Ann decided (with a little help from corporate downsizing) to venture into their own business in Saint Louis after 25 years in the automotive after-market sales industry. Knowing the importance of each customer, along with providing top of the line products, is the foundation in which The Donut Palace of Ellisville has grown over the past decade.
Today, joined by their daughter Kelly and son-in-law Chris Brown, Ann and Frank continue to create the quintessential mom and pop donut shop where everyone who walks through the door feels like part of the family. Many call it “Cheers” of the donut world; where the customer is King and everyone knows you by name or at the very least by what donut you like.
The Donut Palace of Ellisville opens at 3:15 a.m. daily to start serving their customers, many of whom drive 20 to 30 miles for a made today donut, a made to order fresh brewed cup of coffee and a family friendly atmosphere.
